Bristow & Sutor celebrate success of returning to enforcement
Bristow & Sutor, one of the UK’s leading players specialising in debt recovery, are meeting with more people now than before the coronavirus pandemic began. Despite not currently entering premises, contact rates have increased by 15% and Enforcement Agent (EA) payment results have shown an increase of 24%. The company believes this proves the majority of debtors are willing to engage and those who can afford to pay remain happy to do so.

Portsmouth City Council awards contract to Bristow & Sutor
Portsmouth City Council has selected Bristow & Sutor for the provision of enforcement services related to road traffic debts. This new contract predominantly targets the acquisition of outstanding parking and bus lane fines but will also be integral to the introduction of a Clean Air Zone in 2022.

Taking Charity Partnerships beyond Corporate Social Responsibility
As an appointed supplier, we are happy to announce that Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council's Enforcement and Debt Collection Services Framework Agreement has been extended for a further year until 5th June 2020. This framework allows Councils to procure for types of debt collection services including, Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Business Rates (NNDR), Parking referrals, Sundry Debt etc.
