Susan has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including roles with Link Group and Capita. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and has a successful track record in delivering exceptional financial and operational results.

At Bristow & Sutor, Susan is responsible for all operational teams including enforcement, customer service, contact centre, and legal and litigation services, ensuring effective end-to-end service delivery. She is also the Board champion for ESG and the FCA Consumer Duty.
