Richard initially developed his understanding of our business by working in all departments across the company.

He subsequently moved into IT where he was responsible for development, including the writing of our first client web portal and our transition to a bespoke new IT system. Richard has since moved to Chief Performance Officer, responsible for revenue delivery, operational effectiveness reporting, and financial performance, as well as group operational cost effectiveness and headcount planning.
